For diagnostic centres in India

Your reports, drafted and checked before you sign them.

Dictate or type, and get a complete structured report in your own format — checked for contradictions before you sign. On chest, abdomen and the other validated studies, it drafts from the images too.

Start a 7-day trial25 studies. No card. Nothing to install.

You sign every report. Nothing is ever issued on its own. Your name, your qualification and your medical council registration number are on the page, because the report is yours.

Four steps, and the fourth is the only one that matters

  1. Drag in the study

A DICOM folder from the console, a CD, exported JPEGs, or a photo of a film taken on your phone. No PACS integration, no gateway box, nothing to install on the machine. Or skip it entirely and just dictate.

  2. Read the draft

Technique, findings by region and a numbered impression, laid out in your template with your house style. Each finding carries how sure the model was. For a CT it tells you how much of the study it actually looked at.

  3. Edit it however you like

Type anywhere, dictate anywhere, both at once. There is no edit mode to switch into — every line is a live field from the moment it opens, and a dead microphone is a supported way to work.

  4. Sign and print

Before you sign, the report is checked against itself for contradictions, laterality slips and anything left unsaid. Then it prints on your letterhead with your registration number.

It works with the machines you already have

There is no integration project, no AE title to configure, and nobody has to call the OEM service engineer.

You have a DR machine and its own software

The studies sit on the acquisition PC. Export a folder to a USB stick or burn a CD and drag it in — the DICOM comes through with its tags intact, which is what lets the draft know the slice thickness and the view.

You have a CR reader and a film printer

Digital in the middle, film at the end. Export from the console the same way you do when a patient asks for a CD. If the console will only give you JPEGs, those work too.

You still shoot and develop film

Photograph the film on a lightbox with a phone and upload the photo. It is the same thing labs already do over WhatsApp, and it is a supported way in rather than a workaround.

What it is not

Worth saying plainly, because the opposite claim is common and it is not true.

It writes a draft, not a report.
What comes back is proposed wording for you to verify, change or delete. Every clinical decision in the report is yours, and the draft has no standing until you make it yours by signing it.
It does not issue anything.
There is no autonomous mode and no setting that creates one. A report that nobody has signed does not leave the building.
It does not replace reading the study.
On a CT it reviews projections covering every slice plus a sample at full resolution, and it says so on the draft. It is a starting point, not a read.
It is not your archive.
Keep your own records. We hold the derived images and the report, not your PACS.

The things a lab owner actually asks about

Stored in India, drafted abroad for now

Your studies and reports are stored in Mumbai, and dictation goes to a recogniser inside India. The AI that drafts and checks a report currently runs outside India, so a study’s images and its report text are sent abroad to be processed — we are moving that to India, and we would rather tell you than let you assume.

PCPNDT compliance is built in

Obstetric ultrasound is never sent to an imaging model at all, by design rather than by instruction. Any report mentioning fetal sex is blocked before it can be signed, and the attempt is logged.

Patient details never reach the model

Names, IDs and accession numbers are kept apart from the images and are never sent for drafting. The images are stripped of identifying tags before they leave your machine.

Training on your studies is your choice

A separate consent, never bundled into accepting the terms, and withdrawable whenever you like. Withdraw it and your past studies come out of future training too.

The detail is in the privacy policy and the terms.

What it covers today

Drafted from the images

  • X-ray
  • CT
  • Ultrasound
  • MRI
  • Mammography

Dictation, structuring and checking

  • Fluoroscopy
  • Doppler / echo
  • PET-CT
  • DEXA
  • Obstetric USG

Obstetric ultrasound is dictation only and always will be. Under the PCPNDT Act its images are never sent to an imaging model.

Try it on your own studies

Seven days and twenty-five studies, free. No card, and nothing to install — upload a study you have already reported and see how close the draft gets.
